1. Event Overview:

1.1 The DTF Expo (hereinafter referred to as “the Expo”) is an industry trade show organized by DTF Expo

1.2 These terms and conditions govern the registration process for attendees, exhibitors, and participants in the Expo.

2. Registration:

2.1 Registration is mandatory for all attendees, exhibitors, and participants.

2.2 By completing the registration process, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

2.3 By registering for DTF Expo you will automatically be registered for the DTF Printing weekly newsletter.

3. Attendee Responsibilities:

3.1 Attendees must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.

3.2 Attendees are responsible for their conduct at the Expo and must adhere to all event rules and regulations.

4. Exhibitor Responsibilities:

4.1 Exhibitors must comply with all rules and guidelines provided by the Expo organizers.

4.2 Booth assignments are at the discretion of the organizers and are non-transferable.

5. Photos and Video:

5.1 Photography and videography are allowed within the Expo, subject to the following conditions.

5.2 Attendees and exhibitors may capture photos and videos for personal and promotional purposes.

5.3 The use of drones for photography or video recording is strictly prohibited.

5.4 Commercial photography and video recording require prior written consent from the Expo organizers.

5.5 Participants must respect the privacy and intellectual property rights of others when capturing images or footage.

5.6 The Expo organizers may capture photos and videos for promotional purposes.

6. Age Restriction:

6.1 No one under the age of 16 is allowed on the Expo floor.

6.2 Attendees may be required to provide proof of age upon request.

7. Bag Size Restriction:

7.1 Large bags exceeding airline carry-on size are not allowed on the Expo floor.

7.2 Attendees with oversized bags may be asked to store them in designated areas.

8. Release and Consent:

8.1 By participating in the Expo, attendees and exhibitors grant permission to the Expo organizers to use their images, likeness, and content for promotional purposes.

8.2 Participants release the Expo organizers from any liability associated with the use of their images or likeness.

9. Code of Conduct:

9.1 Participants must adhere to a professional code of conduct throughout the Expo.

9.2 Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

10. Cancellation and Refund:

10.1 Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [Contact Email].

10.2 Refunds are subject to the Expo’s refund policy, available on the event website.

11. Changes to the Event:

11.1 The Expo organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, or any other aspect deemed necessary.

11.2 Participants will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.

12. Governing Law:

12.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Arizona.

12.2 Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved through arbitration.
