Nicole Pape is the owner and CEO of Embellishr, a trusted Virtual Warehouse for pre-owned premium garment decoration equipment. With nearly 20 years of experience in the decoration industry, Nicole’s journey began at Reebok in uniforms, leading her to start her own screen print business and eventually transition it to automation. She then became a partner in a large commercial contract embellisher on the West Coast. Her deep industry knowledge, including valuable insights gained during her time with the ROQ US team, where she explored the nuances of new equipment manufacturing, inspired her to address a niche problem in the industry. This led to the creation of Embellishr in 2022.
Outside of work, Nicole is a dedicated mom and wife, an avid traveler, passionate homebrewer, and a devoted explorer of the arts.
